Morning Ladies,
Last night I did get Insanity Sports Conditioning finished, was tough though.
This morning was P90X Back & Biceps along with Barry's Bootcamp Mission Specialists Advanced Abs. Whew say that one 10 times fast.
Love that there are those short ab workouts that are really effective.
Sue, Dang on the music in High Reps, it really doesn't bother me either, but still.
Oh do check out the services that are available, all the colleges do have their own departments for disabilities. The state also runs a program called DVR, that is the one we found out about yesterday. That might be a good thing with the snow flying, at least she will get behind the wheel experience with you in the car. DD17 has not driven in snow yet, so it will be an experience for her.
Karen, Your really had an intense exercise day with all those workouts. My knees feel much better now, but I don't think that I will be doing that workout all that often, even though I enjoyed that portion of the workout.
heartymax, LOL about stirring the cornbread with sore triceps. I took a page from your book this morning, have my slow cooker going with a beef roast. It sure will be a lot easier to get dinner ready tonight.
Lala, So sorry to hear that you have not recovered fully from that stomach problem. I only did the Hiit in the Intensity workout, and I think that there are a lot more side to side moves. She does do more high impact moves, but then again I have been doing that with Insanity.
Susan, I take it that Cathe created a Dec rotation, will have to take a look see at that one. The biggest changes I have seen have been my arms. I think my upper body needs workouts like this, but I so love circuit workouts too.
What I need is a circuit workout that uses heavy weights.
