GARLIC SESAME PORK TENDERLOIN
1 tsp honey
4 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP dry sherry
3-4 scallions, chopped
3 pound pork tenderloin (I use 2, 1 lb pork tenderloins)
Whisk together all ingredients but pork. Put in ziploc bag with pork tenderloin and marinate 3+ hours (I try to do it overnight).
Grill or bake in a 500-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.**
**NOTE: I've only ever cooked it in the crockpot. I put it in for 2 hours on high and low for another 2 hours, or low for 5 or 6 hours. Flip the tenderloins over halfway through cooking time. The meat is so tender, it just falls apart

Susan, if you liked the chicken tonight, you might like this one too. I've also just baked the chicken, and I've cut made kebabs with the chicken and peppers, adding more peppers and zucchini.
