Hi!
Can anyone please tell me what the premixes bootcamp or cardio and weights are like on BM2? I am trying to replace Step jump pump for tomorrow which is 72 minutes starting with cardio, then moving into total body cardio and weights. I thought BM2 would be good, but I don't think I want to do the whole 90 minutes. I might, but if anyone could shed some light on those premixes, that would be great!

here is how they break down
boot camp--
power segment 1
back
abs
power segment 2
chest
abs
power circuit 3
shoulders
abs
power circuit 4
biceps
abs
bonus cardio -6minutes
triceps
abs
total about 75 minutes i think

The cardio & weights pre mix is about 70 minutes
step combo 1
back & chest
step combo 2
bicepp tricep
step combo 3
shoulders and abs

i never do the premixes (i know i know, i'm missing out! but they are just too long), i did the boot camp one this morning but omitted the lower body - was SO good! i love the abs thrown in there.

glad i stumbled on this post last night!
 
How intricate is the cardio blast at 62 minutes or the timesaver cardio only at 43 min? I've actually only done this dvd once in its entirety and it was a little overwhelming at times but I managed to keep up better than I thought for my first time:)

I'm guessing that the 43 min. version is the warm up, step combos 1,2,&3, followed by the bonus cardio and the stretch. I think that equals 43 min.

I'm also guessing that the 62 min. version includes the step and blast segments from the power circuit segment, but omits the leg work from each circuit.

Again, these are just guesses - I love BM2 as-is so I haven't done all of the premixes. Yet.
