I'll be doing BootCamp X2 today (well, attempting the second round). I was doing gardening and landscaping projects yesterday (hauling 50 pound bags of gravel, stones, and sand) and blew off my workout, so now I'm a day behind. But mentally and physically, I needed that day off from a formal workout and I feel super-energized today.
I enjoyed the 5 mile workout. I felt invigorated. I needed the challenge to push myself beyond my normal daily routine.
