August Rotation Check in 08/10

HSC and intensity drills from Cardio Kicks for me today. Man, I was sore going into it but was amazed at how loosened up I became just by the end of the warm-up. Cathe knows how to write a rotation!:)

I was up with the birds this morning doing my KPC + PLB Stablility ball work! But it is done!

I really enjoyed KPC today and was getting into the spirit. I felt so good at the end I tacked on the blast challenge from kickmax.
I hadn't done PLB for quite a while and had forgotten how challenging the stability ball section was. That's why I love the variety of Cathe's workouts. It seems there is always a new challenge and a new way to rev the metabolism and stimulate muscle growth.

I've commenced week 2 of the rotation. Yesterday was rest day. Rest day was supposed to be Monday but I ended up biking with my kids for four and a half hours and decided that did not qualify as rest.
I decided to tackle Bootcamp x 2 this morning. I was amazed at my energy level. I actually increased the weights for the second round. I'm really enjoying this rotation.
 
Good for you! I did the bonus pre-mix from pub/plb. I did it about 3 hours after the KPC and stability ball workoit. We ROCK!

Hi everyone! Did KPC for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I really felt the PLB stability ball moves in my hams and inner thighs though. I am thinking that the KM drills tomorrow are going to be super tough based on how my legs are feeling now. But hey, its only for 18 minutes right?:eek:
