Oh my gosh, yes, the whole eating and weight thing drives me nuts!! People say to me 'you can't weigh more than 100 lbs' or 'you must eat like a bird'. They are shocked when I tell them my true weight and how much I eat. All my muscle needs a lot of food, but they just don't get that.
EXACTLY. Little do they know with resistance training, your bones can get a lot more solid and you actually weight a heck of a lot more. The problem I am having is this....some gals love to force the processed food on me. I don't understand this logic. I don't force my fitness/nutrition passion on them. Why cannot they leave me alone??
