:D We have storm watches for this evening and then later tonight into Saturday we are predicted 6 to 12 inches of snow at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour! Is anyone else in the path of this storm? Stay Safe! Happy shoveling!!

Hi Lisa! We are getting hit in Ohio. It started about 4:00 AM and they say will continue til tomorrow! We have about 4" I think. No grass showing at all! We are headed to our Christmas concert at church this evening and I also have to go out in the morning for my workshop. Not looking forward to driving in the mess. You stay safe too. Bundle up and go do a Cathe vid to stay WARM! :7

Hi Lisa! I'm sitting at my desk at work & looking outside here in NY & WOWSA! what a storm!!!! Its coming down really hard. I'm in the city which is expected to get up to 9" & its very slippery too. Boo Hoo have to go home (which is 1-1/2 hr. away) & shovel & I have to go grocery shopping tomorrow of all days. We're expected to get 3-6" out where I live (let's hope). Stay warm & safe too, Kathy:D

i'm in DC and we got some snow early in the morning, but now it's just ugly rain and slush. however, we're supposed to get snow tonight and throughout tomorrow. (i'm hoping!) it's so strange around here because i barely got a dusting, yet 20 minutes from my house they got several inches.

:D Hi gals! Isn't it funny the path of this storm? I live in the very southern part of NY state (9 miles from PA border)central part of the state and we have nothing yet (fingers crossed). Must be the storm is going more east than it is north. As a matter of fact, I am planning on doing CTX step & intervals tonight and then PS chest, shoulders and triceps tomorrow! I would be soo nervous watching the snow fly from work knowing I had to drive in it!! Yuck!

Hi KathyH - I wrote you a PM at home - did you get it?

I'm sitting at my desk also watching all the snow - i'm across from Rock Center - looks beautiful but I think the commute home will be a mess! News radio says it will continue snowing until sometime Sunday - so much for holiday shopping!!!

Take care,

Iris

We got it starting last night and it is continuing to snow as I type. My dh is home from work because of it. We are in South Central PA right above the MD border!!:7 :) They are calling for more tomorrow!!

Hi,
I am here in Connecticut and it's snowing. We could get up to a foot. I intend to stay put for the next 24 or 48 hours.I was able to walk my 5 miles this morning and then do Power Hour. Hopefully I won't be grazing all weekend. Snow storms make me hungry :+ Next Friday I leave for Florida for 10 days, Hurray!!!

Take Care,

Susan

Be careful when you shovel. We missed this storm, I am in MI and it went south of us. They are predicting a couple of inches for the most southern counties but nothing much. I am happy it missed us but feel bad for the people it is hitting. Stay warm and safe.

I live in South Jersey and we started with snow which turned to rain, and are expecting more snow tonight into tomorrow. Since I'm kinda near the coast (25 miles inland from Atlantic City) we're only supposed to end up with 1-3 inches all total, but you never know!

YEP!! Here in North Central Ohio the thick, heavy snow is falling and we have more on the way!! And ... we don't have a snow blower!! YIKES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get your shovel out, woman! There's your workout for the day :) :) :) :)

I sure wish we'd get some here in MN. I can't stand Christmas being around the corner and no snow - well - hardly any right now anyway.

Take care and drive careful, Marcia :)

ME ... shovel? LOL!! Nik is out there right now doing it! I did Imax2 today - that was enough of a workout - LOL!!

I'm here in Boston; we're supposed to get anywhere from 6 to 18 inches--they keep changing the forecast (what else is new)!:p I have an appt to get my hair done at 4:00 tomorrow afternoon; I just know they're going to cancel it--what a pain! Free time is so rare this time of year; we have no time for snowstorms!:7

-Marie:)

I am in Boston too. My biggest concern is that my DVDs are at UPS in Hartford CT (at least that's where they were the last time I checked) and they are supposed to be here on Monday. I've waited so long--I hope they won't be delayed any longer because of a snow storm. I even took Monday off so I can preview/do them.

Tracy

I'm also in CT and it started snowing here around 4p. Last weather report stated we're expecting a foot or more. Not supposed to end until Sunday morning! Well, I got my BB DVD's yesterday so I know what I'm going to be doing this weekend. Hope I have enough energy left to help DH with the shoveling!;-)

I live in western Maryland and we are suppose to get 12+ inches tonight. It is beautiful outside. I hope we get enough snow to go cross coutry skiing.

JoJo

Come to Ohio. You could cross-country ski in my backyard right now!! LOL!!

People usually think that Chicago gets so much snow - we don't. They called for 2-4 inches last night and we got rain instead. The East coast has had much more snow than we have in the past few years. That's it. I'm moving back to Connecticut! We love snow. Alexis
