another new Cathe workout

Thanks :) That's what I thought :( Still to expensive, IMO :)

I realize the price will not be the prices you are used to with us but this is an educational video for IDEA that they are opening up for non members to buy too. So you won't see classic premixes or 4 camera angles as we generally provide in our private productions but I can promise you the actual workout is a lot of fun. If you can put it on your wish list from your family members the workout is worth it.
Its intense and action packed. I'll even remind you "what you do to one side....you do to the other"

Live!!!!! As much as I would LOVE to get it....

You have to do what's best for you...that's for sure. All I can tell you is aside from not having premixes or a bells and whistles production the workout is EVERY BIT as intense as my other workouts. Especially if you want to do the workout on a higher riser or use a slightly heavier weight. I tell everyone at home to use what weight or height works for them but you will get plenty worked out in that hour just having the 6 inch step height and 15 pound body bar. Good Luck with your decision.

Thanks Cathe :) Now...you give me an idea for a xmas presents :p Do you plan on doing something similar in the future with premixes? I love my premixes. I am having a lot of fun going through your dvd's with ALL the premixes. Happy Birthday, Cathe :)

Well, you've just about talked me into it !!! It doesn't take much to do that tho' (LOL) :) I know I want it and will be upset if I don't
get it !
 
I know from living on a budget the price can seem high but I always figure the cost of 1 dvd is so much cheaper than a gym membership, or a doctor's bill (for being a couch potato), or new clothes because you've gained weight, or alcohol and smokes (neither of which I've ever done) or (you fill in the blank) . . .
 
Hi Cathe I have a question for you.
Do you do the same intensity of workout everyday that you give us on the DVDs? Or do you do even more intensity then what you produce to us at home? Or do you do some that is the intensity of ICE some during the week and advanced as in ur DVD's?
I also wonder do you do a workout class AND do your own workout in one day?

I just trying to get a sense of how much you exercise to get to look like you do!
I was watching the abs DVD I have. "I know I was suppose to do it! ". But I was and then had to stop a bit lol. Anyway you looked so good! Ur behind is perfect shape and size and flat belly, and arms to die for!
I just kept thinking I bet she works out even harder then this. How does she do it!?
No way I can exercise that intense or more intense then what I do now. I sure try to eek out every rep! I still can't get the fat to go away on top of the muscles I think I am building!
Then I think about I wish I could follow u around and mimic what u eat and do for a week and I would do it all the same and see if I actually can lose weight finally. I have 25 pounds to get off of me.
So just curious how many days do you do and how hard of intensity?

Renee, instead of a road trip we should we should stay at Cathe's house lol! IMO, diet becomes more important in losing the fat especially as we age. Not to say the workouts are not important, but you cannot lose the fat covering the muscle without the proper nutrition. Pay attention to labels and hidden sugars, avoid processed foods as much as possible etc. Once I cut the sugar, ate clean and realized how much mindless after dinner snacking i was doing the pounds started falling off. And I'm post menopause at 49 already so even have the hormones to fight with lol! But also remember this is how Cathe makes a living so there's more time and focus on it, as well as genetics and so on. Hopefully Cathe responds to you and we can all become super buff!

Yes! I would go for that!
I am 46 and had hysterectomy last year so I have hormone problem to!
But I would go live with her for alittle bit lol.
I just wish I could get a set of "eat this" for a week and I could do that. It is figuring out what to eat is hard time. I can't eat same thing over and over if I needed to.
