Anna's Workout Reference Sheet

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if this something others would find useful, but since I put the time into it I thought I'd share. This is a reference sheet for Cathe's workouts and premixes based on the nature of the workouts: such as all step, mixed cardio, total body weights, etc. The ideas is that you can find a workout or premix based on what you feel like doing that day.

The workouts are organized by how many calories are burned (based on the information from Workout Manager- I realize this may be different for every person, but I like to use it anyway).

I hope it comes through clearly and that someone else can use it.
