After STS?

I'm loving STS and will be finished by the end of the summer. Does anyone have any suggestions for what to do after STS? I've got cardio covered, but would appreciate input on weight training. Is Gym Styles too similar to STS? I don't want to invest in GS if it's the same thing as STS. In general, I'd like a weight training program that's around 45 minutes, but I'd like to maintain my STS results. Any ideas? Thanks!

Great question StaceyV - I don't have an answer as I'm doing STS for the first time now - but I'll be interested in hearing what the experts have to say:)

I typically go into a rotation that includes full body w/o's @ least twice/wk and then a third w/o that focuses on a body part that I feel needs extra attention (usually shoulders/legs for me). One of the full body workouts is usually a circuit, & the other is more standard (i.e. STS-TB, Supersets, PP, MM, HR). The in between days are cardio/abs/stretching, w/ @ least one day of rest. I typically do that for 4-6 wks, then move back to a split ( using GS, 4DS, S&H, Pyramids, etc.) for another month or two.

And before you know it, I'm itching to get right back to STS!

I'm with Kikster too. I go back to Cathe's full body workouts and my kettlebells until I want to do STS again. I don't think that Gym Styles is exactly like STS either. The closest workout to it is STS Total Body. I feel that STS is designed to start you at a certain level and will deliver you to a higher level and you then work from that level and so on. The first time I did STS, especially Meso 3 and Plyolegs, it was serious work, and now I'm combining Plyolegs with Squat legs in the same workout.

Same here. Did full body workouts/cardio and threw in some single muscle group workouts (legs, etc). Now I just finished Meso 1 of my second round of STS. I probably took 3 months off in between maybe??
