Has anyone figured out how to do just the weight work in 4DS? I have tried and been unsuccessful. The premixes don't seem to offer it as an option, and even the chaptering is confusing. I tried the "weights first" options, but they still included some cardio between the weight work. The WOs take me twice as long as they should because I spend so much time trying to figure out what my next exercise is. I just want to spend 20-30 minutes 4x per week doing weight work. Period. I don't do any Cathe cardio at all. Any tips? TIA.
