In several of your videos, you have us place our heels or toes on a 3-pound dumbbell. What is the height? Is it comparable to a 2 x 4? (that's what I have been using instead)
I'ne also found that a weight plate under each foot, such as 10# or 25#, is also a good substitute. The toe/heel doesn't need to be too high to get the effect.

My 3lb dumbells are round, and they tend to roll away from me while I've got my weight on them. Not safe! I've been using my 5lbs instead, but these are great ideas. Thank you!
