Debbie-
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! You really are sooooo nice to post all of these AWESOME rotations. I can't thank you enough and actually have been doing your rotations for quite some time. Anyway, this looks absolutely wonderful and, as always, well put together and balanced and perfect to "get ready for summer".

Thanks again for all of your hard work and I promise I will stop bugging you now (at least for a few weeks). ;)

Cheryl

I just looked this over and WOW!! This is REALLY going to kick my butt!! LOL
I can't wait to start. I am on week 3 of "Get ready for summer 2009" which I have done about 4 (ok maybe more like 6) times since last summer. :)

I don't know if it is possible, but I agree this looks like the best rotation yet.

Debbie....
Thank you so much for this rotation! My daughter is getting married May 29 and I have been wondering what to do to after completing an undulating STS rotation next week. This looks great!!!

I really appreciate your hard work on designing rotations

I don't usually do rotations, but I'm gonna print this one out. It looks great! Debbie, you always put together great ones!

This looks great. I am loving the leg blast rotation from last month. This I'll start after I finish up this week.

Thanks Debbie!!

Question: I normally do 5 days a week of working out. So most likely I will be eliminating a cardio day based on the posted rotation. Will I still get good results? I figured that their is plenty of cardio from the circuit workout and the 2 other cardio days that not doing a 3rd cardio workout wouldn't matter to much.

Thanks, Debbie!! I don't have all of these workouts, but I love that you put a generic breakdown. That makes it so much easier!! Thanks for all you do!! :)

Wow, this looks really good and I have almost all of these. I'm getting ready to start Cathe's March 2010 rotation, but might have to do this one after that! Thanks so much!

I love this Debbie! Thank you very much for taking the time to share with us. It's so kind of you.

I'm starting in about 4 minutes!:D

Thanks Debbie. This looks great. I've done your Dec 08/Jan 09 rotations with great results. Just finished 2nd round of STS & was looking for a summer rotation. I'll be starting this next week. Can't wait. Thanks again.

Love the way this rotation looks!! I've never been too keen on following a rotation, but I've done the first three days of yours, and I love it! It has a great variety so that I don't think I'll get bored. Thank you!!

Valerie

Thanks, Debbie! I was looking for something a little more organized than my stumbling downstairs at 4:15 AM and wondering what I 'feel' like doing :) It usually ends up being not much ;)
