I received both of her latest workouts in the mail yesterday and previewed them. They both look great.
I really like having another heavier weight workout to use which is what Muscle Up provides. She uses heavier weights and goes at a slower pace, ie. for alternating overhead shoulder presses she uses 20 lb dumbbells. For her squats and other leg work, it looks like she is using least 30 lb dumbbells. The weight workout is done superset style, pairing 2 exercises for usually 3 sets of 8 each, some she uses 2 sets. The workout has many premixes to pair up the body parts you like. The first workout is chest, back, shoulders. If I remember correctly she pairs up some shoulder work with some ab work (??). The 2nd 30 minute workout is biceps, triceps and legs. (I think, going from memory, I previewed them yesterday, sorry!) Both dvds contain an additional separate ab routine and both had a few moves I had never seen before.
The Home Gym Intervals looks really fun. She spends about 1 1/2 minute on the equipment, she says you can also do jumping jacks instead and then about a minute of weight work in between. She uses heavier weights here but not as heavy as the Muscle Up. This workout moves a bit faster. I havent done it yet, but I think most exercises I'd be able to start with 8's and alot of moves I'd definitely could go even heavier.
From the previews, I'm glad I purchased both of these. I really like Kelly but to me some of her latest releases havent astounded me, but these look really good!
