1 more week left of this rotation---NEW ONE ready to go!!!

Hi all,

I have one more week to go on my 6 week rotation. I will be starting a BRAND NEW rotation next Sunday, October 22nd. I have had great success thus far with my two other rotations. (have lost 14 inches off my body total thus far :D ) My next rotation will concentrate on "overtraining" the lower body without sacrificing muscle tone. This is good to help lose inches in the hips, glutes and tummy. I am basically going to do additional floorwork in the evenings to help accomplish this. I am only going to do low impact, high-low, and kickboxing and stay away from step for the entire 6 weeks. I will be incorporating Cathe's 6 pack express tapes each morning after doing the allotted cardio. I'll do one body part each day after the cardio so I can maintain (and build additional) muscle in my upper body. For anyone doing the rotations with me here are the areas I measure: Bicep (choose your dominant arm), Chest, Rib cage (directly underneath breasts), Waist, Abdomen (measure across the belly button area), Hips, Upper thigh (measure the upper thigh just below the buttock fold) and last the mid thigh (measure three inches up from the top of your knee cap). I measure myself once at the end of each rotation. I am very excited about the new rotation!! :-jumpy If anyone is interested in receiving a copy of the new rotation or has any questions you can email me at [email protected] You can also post comments here. Good luck and continued success to all the others who have been doing the rotations with me. :)

Wow!!!!! way to go Denise!! :)

Hi Denise,

Hey, that is great about your inch loss!! I still have your rotation on file and I plan on doing it very soon, sooner now after reading your success story!!
I just started a two week kickboxing rotation but maybe I will try yours after I am done. How long did you do it, for 12 weeks?
I am wanting to do two week rotations of my different videos so I can get them all in.
I wonder if I will still get the benefits from only doing something for two weeks? I know I won't get "all" of them but hopefully something small. :)

well congratualtions again and keep up the good work! :)

RE: Wow!!!!! way to go Denise!! :)

Hi Teresa,

CONSISTENCY is the key! I think it's great that you are doing 2 week rotations. If this is keeping you from getting bored, then it's even better. Once we lose focus then it really doesn't matter any more because we are more apt to throw in the towel. It appears you are focused on your goal and you WILL succeed. Have fun with your rotation!!! I'll keep everyone posted on my results from this rotation in the future. Good luck! ;-)

I can vouch for Denise rotations. I almost finished with her CTX rotation which also incorporated some yoga and Pilates. I can say as well that I had great success with her rotation. I lost 2 inches off my waist and almost 5 inches off my hips. I did not measure any other body parts. My close fits so much better. Plus, I noticed that I gain a lot of strength even though it is only one body part per week. I think Pilates and yoga really helps. I can actually do push ups now (which I could never do before this rotation). I think shorter rotations really works. I think we have to continuously change rotations to prevent body adaptation and boredom.

Thanks Eleonela!

I am so glad to see that my rotations (that I put a lot of time and thought into) are working!! :-jumpy I am very excited to start next weeks rotation. I am having some problems at home and I will need some motivation as well to stay focused on my goals. So let's all work together on this next one, okay???!! I want to lose 15 pounds of fat in the 6 week rotation. (plus continue losing those wonderful inches!!) I'll keep posting my results and will offer any motivation I can. Let's do it!!!! :7

Hey Guys!

Do any of you know how to put Denise's Rotations into an E-mail format? (such as Edit, copy & paste?)When I get her downloads, my computer says that the files are too big to open. Can anyone suggest what I can do? I'm really curious about the rotation you are using. TIA Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH :)

RE: Hey Guys!

Debbie, I have that same problem!! If somebody C&Ps it to you, could you forward it on to me?? Thanks, sweetie!!

Denise, I've been using your rotation as well. I got off to a bad :'( start but am on track now. I try to do the yoga portion at least 4 times a week. :-sleepy I will be finishing my third week and doing measurements at the end of this week. I'd love to see your new rotation. I'll let you know how I make out with my 3 wk check in. Thanks for all the good work and motivation you're providing. :-wow
