HI, I find that running shoes bend easier in the forefoot for my step aerobics. I am not a runner, but I like to use running shoes for step. I too wondered if that was OK, but as I have been doing it for over 20 years I would think so. I also like to use Ryka aerobics shoes. Karen

I am very sorry for your loss, it is very hard to let go of a pet. If any of you are interested, one of the best animal charaties around is called Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, they are in Utah but all over the world. Go to there website & please give whatever you can to their causes...

I would also like to see a best of, using clips from Rythmic Step, Kick Punch & Crunch & Step Jump & Pump, but using the aerobics only parts with an ab section at the end.
