    Why the emphasis on upper body in new DVD premixes?

    I personally am thrilled with this as I think in the past there was more emphasis on legs. When I try to do a premix that focuses on uppper body my choices have been limited. I also agree, with a step workout you are already shaping the lower body.

    I love Step Blast and Rhythmic Step would you please consider making another fun DVD with just cardio and no invervals such as the I-Max's. Sometimes I-Max 3 has a huge dread factor for me. Some days the intensity of the I-Max's is just too much. thanks, Val
