    4DS or Hardcore?

    I really like the 4DS, I can add so much variety into my workouts and if I don't want a long cardio I pull these out for a shorter but yet effective workout :) As far as the Boot Camp cardio, LOVEEEEEEEEEEE it! I usually do that about 2 x a week, love the different drills. Laura =)...

    Cardio in 4 DS ?

    I just did the LIS cardio this morning, your right it gives you a great workout and it was fun, fun, fun! I haven't been into step in a long time either but I had a good time. I then followed it by some Turbo jam, should have done the weight work but oh well maybe next time. Laura =)...

    Push & Pull, its been a long time....

    Wow, my legs are still shaking LOL I used to LOVE this workout but we got a new TV & DH hadn't hooked up my vcr so I wasn't able to do this workout, I did it today for the 1st time in months and it was a great workout but my legs, owwwwww!!! =) HEHE just had to share this somewhere...

    I have the 4 day split and only have done the Kickbox, which I love and love it! However what I really like right now for the time in my life is the short cardio but kickbox is the only one I've looked at. Are the other workouts in this series short cardios on the other workouts too ...

    Keep in mind I LOVE Cathe and loved the 1st workout I tried today it was Kickbox with Legs & Core, love it and it sure didn't seem like it was 71 minutes :) BUT, I wonder if I am missing this or not but why can't she for her workouts list what weights she's using just to give us a ball park...
