1 Thing with all workouts....

Keep in mind I LOVE Cathe and loved the 1st workout I tried today it was Kickbox with Legs & Core, love it and it sure didn't seem like it was 71 minutes :)

BUT, I wonder if I am missing this or not but why can't she for her workouts list what weights she's using just to give us a ball park of what weights & equipment to drag out. I had my whole dumbbell stack out and only used 20s & 12's, ankle weights, etc. I am sure it would be hard to list for every workout but it would be nice or do they make rollers for those stands ? That would be my only suggestion. What I've done in the past is I keep an index file of all the workouts I do and list what i need for exactly what workout or premix.

Now, I am just wondering will I be sore tomorrow LOL. Time will tell =)

Love this series because to me it can be modified if needed, LOVE IT!

We actually do list all the weights Cathe is using in the new 4 Day Split series - Just click on the 'Mix & Match" menus for each workout and you will see the equipment and weights Cathe uses.
