Cardio in 4 DS ?

I have the 4 day split and only have done the Kickbox, which I love and love it! However what I really like right now for the time in my life is the short cardio but kickbox is the only one I've looked at. Are the other workouts in this series short cardios on the other workouts too ?

I have done HIS, LIS, and Kickbox on the 4ds. They are all under 30 minutes. HIS,though, is very tricky and will take awhile to master.
 
Lower Intensity Step is just under 30 minutes and Higher Intensity Step is just abuot 27 minutes long. Both are great! HIS is definitely tricky (the 3rd combo is the tricky one) BUT once you get it is very fun!! LIS isn't too difficult but don't let "lower intesity" fool you, it's a great workout.
 
I just did the LIS cardio this morning, your right it gives you a great workout and it was fun, fun, fun! I haven't been into step in a long time either but I had a good time. I then followed it by some Turbo jam, should have done the weight work but oh well maybe next time.
