I have a Panasonic and am having problems playing Supersets on it. I'm disappointed because I really liked the supersets exercises upon viewing and even did part of the workout during preview but all that skipping and pixelating give me a headache and is very distracting.

You're right, Kathryn! I remember turning one of my risers around and it did help stabilize my regular step bench. I'm going to try that with my old risers and the topper. Wow, you wouldn't think risers could be so finicky!

If you are a beginning using a Cathe step video, use a 4-inch platform (no risers) as this will help you become more comfortable learning the choreography and speed of Cathe's workouts. I started with Step Heat and learning it on a 4-inch platform made it very doable and fun. Good luck! Everyone...
