    just did this.. wow.. CK from the beginning.. and then MIC starting after the warmup and stretch.. then switched back to cardio kicks for my end of workout cool down and stretch.. I think I may be developing a Cathe cardio addiction.

    get super cardio sc is the only Firm tape that I think may be as intense as any of Cathes videos.. def longer than cardio burn.. weights are used during somr aerobic portions, but differently than in Cardio burn.
