cardio kicks and MIC pt1 combo

just did this.. wow.. CK from the beginning.. and then MIC starting after the warmup and stretch.. then switched back to cardio kicks for my end of workout cool down and stretch.. I think I may be developing a Cathe cardio addiction.
 
Cardio Kicks combo

I like your idea of combining the CK video with another. I found it not up to par with Cathe's usual videos - neither particularly challenging nor particularly fun. After doing the CK video I ended up doing about half of the Circuit Max video -- then ran out of time, but not energy. It was a disappointment. So when you did the CK with the MIC - did you do all of MIC - floor and step? Or just part? Did you also find that the CK video wasn't as intense as Cathe's usual?

I did NOT include the step portion of MIC-- didnt have the time.. and yes.. I feel that CK gives back what you put into iit as far as intensity goes.. thats why I tacked on MIC pt1 because I need to stay in my THR a bit longer-- the punch drills at the end let my HR drop a bit more than I would have liked it to, but like I said, I can beef up the effort I put into it next time!
