    Wonderful eggs My sports nutritionist has told me that I can have 1 egg a day, however I want to use it. Mix with eggbeaters, etc. I've been concerned about my cholesterol and too many eggs. What a big surprise to hear here say that studies are debunking the eggs are bad for you. I love eggs.

    How about: Thank you for noticing. I work very hard at it. Short, simple, polite and to the point, that way if they want to know more, you've quaintly opened a door for them. If they don't, you've let them know that it doesn't come easy, it takes commitment. Just a thought.

    Cathe harder than gym classes???

    The only thing that I've found harder than Cathe's workouts have been when I was training for martial arts at 90 minutes a class four times a week. However, Cardio Kicks comes very close to the type of intensity we had in class. It was brutal and I screwed up my knees pretty bad during that time.
