I agree with all of the above. Haven't used 4DS at all except for the ab work. I get a ton of use out of CTX, there are so many different ways to mix it. Actually, the last two series I haven't liked as much as her previous ones...I did order STS,though, I am so hoping not to be disappointed :-)

I am in the minority, but I like HSTA more -however, I do each cardio 2x's, which makes a wonderful kick butt workout!! The cardio in HSC is a little more impactful on the joints for me. They are BOTH winners, though, and I get find it worthwhile to have both in my video library.
