    Step Works was today's workout. I haven't done it in ages and wow, I really love Cathe's older steady state aerobics, and her cueing was *so* good back then. Maybe because there was a much larger demand for at home step aerobics workouts back in the late 1990s?? Waving to Calico and hope...

    Ripped with HiiT "low impact" one and two and 30 minutes yoga. I'm looking forward to Cathe's merchandise--I definitely want one of the firewalker loops as I'm not sure mine has as much resistance. Have a great day, all!
