Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's Perfect 30 Mobility workout + her bonus core workout. I really enjoyed them both! I needed a rest day and the mobility workout did the trick. Go Cathe! another great series.

Hi Everyone,
It was actually cold yesterday after all. The previous day/night was balmy.

Today I did Cathe P30 UB minus triceps as I am running out of time. Working today. I added on jumpropefit (formerly mcfit) for 30 minutes of jump rope and intervals of biceps.

Cathe's P30 upper body is........... Uhmazing. Wow. fun, tough, new ideas (at least for me), little to no rest and a sweatfest. Great job Cathe!!!!!!

now... to stretch.

Cathe PUB and Butts and Guts (just did the butt portion, holy heck is it a glute workout! It's even harder than Tracy Anderson's glute stuff in Mat and PD which I didn't think was possible)
