Hi Everyone,

Today I did more Caroline - legs/biceps - what a great workout. I added on half of P30 low impact hiit - wow - i loved this workout. I didn't have time to finish but what fun and a sweatfest.

wasnotwas - i feel your sadness about not being able to work out. I hope there is no more interruptions for you...

Oh, I forgot to check in.

Today I had 4 ladies including one lady who was not only new to the gym but also new to the area. We did my Variety Circuit which was 56 minutes long.

Then I did 45 minutes of pyramid up style weight work out. 2 exercises for biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders. Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
