    In praise of Cathe's creativity!

I did a homemade 12 month rotation of only Cathe and did not repeat a workout in that year (except maybe stretching)! That is how many different videos she has! I was thinking of doing another no-repeat Cathe rotation.

    Update?

I wondered about this....why ask if it was already known?

    Storage for Downloads

Of course. I hope these links work. Here is an EXTERNAL drive I have. It plugs into your computer/laptop and instead of saving things to your computer/laptop, it saves items to the external drive (which you can then unplug and take it with you, put it in your safe, tuck it away in a drawer...

    Storage for Downloads

I use Word documents, Excel Spreadsheets and Nitro PDFs. Just my preference. I also save workout sheets provided by instructors (usually pdf and the editable pdfs)

    Storage for Downloads

I have a dedicated EXTERNAL DRIVE (15 TB) I keep all exercise videos (and workout sheets) on. I also have 2 external flash drives (each 4 TB portable SSD) that I use to play on my players. I am taking no chances on losing this stuff! I don't keep any copies on my computer. Personally, I...

Cardio vs Weights (Chalene Johnson) for older women

Those who incorporate ZONE 2 CARDIO, what is it that you do? I can't really get my HR up while walking. I don't have hills by me, so am thinking of getting a walking pad with incline. But what other ZONE 2 CARDIO workouts do you do?

    Anyone have a Walking Pad?

Anyone have a walking pad and have feedback? I am looking for one with incline, handlebar, foldable (or at least rollable so I can lean it against a wall or store it under the bed) and a large enough belt so my long legs don't walk off. I won't use it to run and I don't need WiFi, Apps...

    Cathe's Cycle Circuit Live Class

Loving the reminder about Mindy! I have a Tabata with Toys DVD, which I really enjoy. Anyone know if she still sells DVDs? I see on her website it is all digital now.

    Cathe's Cycle Circuit Live Class

Cathe - this workout was great! I hope you do more like this (bike + wts). I would even like several cardios (bike, trampoline, step, floor, rope, dance, treadmill, whatever we have). Maybe even bike and barre (with balance discs).

I have a few questions - hoping the answers will help me get back in to working out.

Good post. I totally understand your frustration. I keep track of all of my workouts and jot down what weights I used and my stats to my cardio. So when I am recovering from something or just getting back into exercise, I see where my fitness was and would get discouraged. I had to change my...

    What's your favorite step workout?

What a blast from the past! I can't believe how long ago PRS was. Thanks for posting this. You mentioned there may be more step coming from Cathe....do you have some secret info to share? I am not on any social media, so only get my updates from here and the emails.

Questions for Lift, Move & Restore 2 Elevated - Questions??

But we *must* have The Scorpion move! I would buy a full 30 minute DVD of just the scorpion move.

    What's your favorite step workout?

Party Rockin Step 1 & 2 - Just plain fun & good music. I would do them every single day if I didn't know variety is important. Step Blast, Rhythmic Step, Body Max 2 Step, 4DS Hi and Low Step, Cardio Fusion - also just plain fun. Fun moves, fun music. Goes by very fast. IMAX 3 & The...

    LMR 2.0 Elevated DVD request

Cathe, Can you please make the DVD menu system less tedious for this upcoming series. I often do multiple discs per day and the menu tree seems to be very tedious in LMR 1.0. I would like to "just press play" once I find the premix or the main program...not navigate up and down passing the...

Questions for Lift, Move & Restore 2 Elevated - Questions??

When LMR was released, I had just had surgery. Being head surgery, it was recommended to do zero movement since I couldn't really modify (I use my head for every movement!) But being an excited Cathlete, I couldn't resist just checking LMR out (disclaimer time: ok, not recommended, but was...
