It's funny because my initial impression of the first part was so-so, but then it just kept getting better. I think it really looks like fun. Her modifier is going to do the workout with no step, also, in case anyone has issues with step.

We stopped in Bermuda on a cruise out of NY as well and it was beautiful but we didn't get to spend enough time there. Friends of ours cruised just to Bermuda and docked there and said it was great. I think they said eat your meals on board and then go out for night life.

I'm thrilled that Cathe is getting the recognition she deserves. There are many other instructors out there that have name recognition that don't have nearly the quality or effectiveness of Cathe's workouts. I hope that lots more people find Cathe and SNM from this exposure.
