    I would take my rest week and make the most of it. Do some yoga and go for a walk and a lot a rest. You should be well rested and ready to start Meso 3. I would finish the series its exciting to see how strong you have become while on this program.

    I just finished Meso 1 also. Im going to be doing workouts like Supercuts and Flex Train and some low impact Hiit. For the Hiit I'll be using the ones from Ripped with Hiit.
