Hi ladies, Merry Christmas, God bless everyone. I need advice, I'm in the last week of meso #2, but for some reason my body is so tired my muscles are so sore, I don't know if is good idea to continue or change to another series, like gym style, any advice please

I would take my rest week and make the most of it. Do some yoga and go for a walk and a lot a rest. You should be well rested and ready to start Meso 3. I would finish the series its exciting to see how strong you have become while on this program.
