    Hi, I just finished logging in my 2nd day of STS. On the right hand side of the calendar there's a box to check to mark workout as completed. Both days when i've done this it takes me back to the Jan. 2000 calendar. Is it a glitch or i'm I making a boo boo.

    1rm testing as workout?

    What are your opinions? If a person was to do their 1rm testing on a weight day,I think if you were to do a few disc at a time it would be a good workout.

    i need a training manual

    for the STS WM,my brain hurts.When I go to schedule a workout and choose sts and the disc # it comes up with a bunch of repeats of exercises with 1rm that aren't mine plus some are black and some are red.Any one have a clue?
