    just did my first Cathe live

    I just finished my first Cathe live workout, Push Pull. That was really cool, I felt like I was really at her class and with all these wonderful people like me. I still can't do Cathe's weights but I do what I can. Now what to do tomorrow...maybe tomorrow's live class...
