    Muscle building & staying lean Jan. 2007 rotation

    HI! I wanted to know what anyone does when the Rotation only is 4 weeks and the month as well, almost 5 -- like January? I did a rest day today, since I had dental work done and my mouth is killing me x( . So I wanted to know what everyone does until the next rotation schedule comes out?

    How often do you switch things up?

    I have to admit that doing these monthly rotations have done wonders for me. I'm not bored and not wondering if I should do upper or lower or a cardio workout. It's right there for me on a daily basis. ~Gabi

    Need a rotation to lose some baby fat in the mid section...

    A problem of mine as well, until recently. I believe doing the core work on a stability ball has helped along with lower abdominal exercises. Normally, I do my workout which includes an ab routine...then later on at night while I am waiting for my 10 year to get out of the shower, I do lower...

    Ab workout

    Cathe, I am curious, you say you do abs 3 to 4 times per week ~ what is the time amount? 1/2 hour? Do you have an Abs Only work-out tape? Also, I still do not have a stability ball and just wondered whether the exercise you do with one are just as effective without? ~Gabi
