Jillybean and Gwendolyn, LOVED both of your ideas! Hope Cathe will incorporate them in her 4-day split! I'm hoping she'll do kickboxing and hi-lo for a change since the last 4 DVDs (drill max, bodymax2 and low impact circuit) all use step. It would be nice to see cardio using the high step too!

Suggestion: Can you please categorize each cardio workout if it has complex choreography (i.e. complex choreography being more dancy with a lot a lot of turns and pivots around the step) OR moderate/athletic choreography?
