IDEAS FOR CATHE'S PROPOSED 4-DAY SPLIT

As Cathe's next idea was to make a four day split, I thought I'd offer up some suggestions.

Since the majority of the workouts Cathe just released are step-oriented (LIC, BM2, and DM), I thought it'd be neat if the cardio from the 4-day split would be something like the following:

Day 1: Kickboxing - Chest, Shoulders, Tris
Day 2: Cadio using the high step (intense) - Standing Lower body work and abs
Day 3: Floor DRILLS (no step used) (sort of like the boot camp challenge portion of Kickmax - TOUGH STUFF) - Back, Bis, Core work
Day 4: Inense Hi/Lo - Floor work for lower body and abs

I also want to add some of my own just in case :)

Some cardio workout suggestions for the 4-day split:
(I really hope for full 30 minute cardio workouts excluding wu and cd. The original CTX had really short cardio workouts!)

30 minutes hi-lo with separate wu and cd
30 minutes kickboxing with separate wu and cd
30 minutes athletic step using high step with separate wu and cd
10-10-10 cardio consisting of hi-lo/kickboxing/plyos with separate wu and cd
30 minutes plyos with separate wu and cd

I know she's known for step, but it would be nice if she came up with hi-lo, plyos and kickboxing workouts again.

BTW, the most important thing for me right now is that they solve all these techinical issues/freezes so that it won't happen again in the next series!

LOVED both of your ideas! Hope Cathe will incorporate them in her 4-day split! I'm hoping she'll do kickboxing and hi-lo for a change since the last 4 DVDs (drill max, bodymax2 and low impact circuit) all use step. It would be nice to see cardio using the high step too!
 
Question...Is Cathe's next series called "a four-day split" or will this be her next month's rotation? I am kinda hoping she will just make workouts like she has in the past--weights, cardio, and/or weights + cardio. I am really not interested in any kind of split-thing. Let me know.

I am wishing for more athletic workouts...like bootcamp, dillmax, Imax(s) and heavy weighted workouts.

Before her injury, Cathe planned two series after this current one. The first would include a 4-day split, somewhat like CTX (one workout would be cardio and 1/2 upper body, a second workout cardio + the other 1/2 upper body, a third workout cardio + standing lower body and the last, cardio + floor lower body) as well as a pure step workout.

The group of workouts after that are supposed to include 4 (?) boxing workouts (that's the one I'm most looking forward to).
 
Thanks for the reply. I had not known Cathe got injured?? This next series sounds interesting. I am still interested in workouts like Bootcamp, Imax, Kickboxing, and heavy weights. Anyways, looking forward to the next series ")
