I got the email about the sale this morning and it’s the tower, mat, 6 ft stretch band and loop. It says no barbell clips and doesn’t say anything about DVD’s so I would say no. I still have the original STS Turbo Tower.

I think this series will be exactly what I need for easing back into exercise post op as well as supplementing my regular strength training program.
