    The pain in my butt

    I was told I had a pulled hami they actually thought it was torn the pain was so bad. I also had a SI injection. It is so hard to take a break but it is the best thing you can do! I still have problems with it and it has been over 6 months. Best advice take advil before working out and stretch!!!!

    as far as WW I follow the 18points a day. I have one cheat day. I run 3 times a week roughly 3 to 4 miles and abs. the other 3 days I do circuit training, or KPC or 4 day split or some other cathe dvd but always with weights in it and cardio.
