    Kettlebells can be held with both hands in several exercises such as deadlift, woodchop, swing. One can either hold the body with both hands, or better hold it from the handle to allow for the effect of dangling!

    Wow! Multiple movements all the way, Terrific! This is really functional strength, Thanks Cathe! One can't really lift very heavy, but with whatever weight, one can get good results; it is the movement, rather than the amount of weight! Does it look like we will get it all before X-mas?!
