    This made me laugh, but chicken for breakfast is probably exactly what I need! I know a smoothie doesn't sound like a lot, but my training with heavier weights had just begun last year, so a smoothie was satisfying at the time. Now, not so much. Time to thaw out some chicken! :)

    I agree that carbs are not the enemy. I used to have a carb heavy diet in the past, so my diet plan last summer was meant to change things up to see how it affected my metabolism. Guess it's time to change things up again!

    For me, tummy problems are a result of milk and lactose ingredients. I have been using Orgain Organic Protein Powder, which is a plant based pea protein powder. My favorite combination is peanut butter Orgain protein powder with chocolate almond milk. Yum :)

    Definitely ordering the DVDs. Now that so many people are streaming and doing digital whatever, I'm thinking of purchasing an extra DVD player (or 2) in case of catastrophe. And, yes, I'm still the kind of person who reads actual books with paper pages that I can hold in my hands. :)

    You can add Fit Tower Advanced Total Body Workout to the list. If you don't have a fit tower, you can easily substitute with a step, a chair, and a smith machine.     I agree with this!! It is wonderful to have the usual Cathe advanced workouts, but it is just as wonderful to be given modifications to those workouts (as in Cardio Slam) for days we are feeling less than awesome. :(
