    Too much sodium

    I'm using fresh broccoli. Maybe something is wrong with the sodium entered in the system. Anyway it always puts me from an A to an F. 4 cups is a lot though.

    Too much sodium

    I had 4 cups of broccoli today and got an F for too much sodium and a D for too much folate. Just thought that was funny...who would think broccoli had so much sodium in it?

    It's been a long time since I've done this one. I would say however that it's a lot of fun. It's challenging and it mixes things up to keep it interesting.     Barbell???

    You can do any barbell exercise with dumbbells. I like the barbell but it's not required equipment. I have a workout that uses paper plates for lunges and they work just fine on carpeting. Don't know the purpose though. They seem to work well for lunges. Someone else can answer that better...

    I found where you calculate all the 1rm's for each STS exercise but I don't know where to get the card printed out. Help!

    Average Grade for NS

    Oh I thought you had to get 100%...what should you shoot for? I was very frustrated trying to create my own menus.

    Anyone else having trouble?

    I'm trying to do my own menus and no matter what I do I can't get all A's. If I enter a suggestion on one item I throw another one out of whack. It's frustrating!
