    Be prepared to suffer. My legs are strong and I had to take breaks, even during the quad focused segment. You can hear the castmates groaning at various points, but KV keeps going, like she's not feeling a thing, the minx. I love the guys in the workout, too. Those outfits are a hoot!

    I agree, particular with doing the workout with either weighted gloves or a 1lb hand weight. Don't overlook kettleball workouts, either. Recommend the ones that are more strength based (Lauren Brooks, for example), so you can use a heavier KB.
