    If you specifically want something from XTRAIN, then maybe Tabatacise or AOLI Hiit. Probably anything that is mostly cardio would be a good substitute. Hope this helps. Lisa

    HELP ME DECIDE!!

    Instead of 2 days of Upper Body, maybe you can do 1 day of UB, using STS Total Body, High Reps - anything with an upper body premix. I love pyramid upper body! If you do that, then maybe on the days I have labeled spin, do a circuit style workout. Just some ideas. Lisa

    How do you make a rotation?

    It depends on how much time you have, what you want to accomplish, etc. I try to have 1-2 days of weights, 1 day circuit, 1-2 days cardio and a day of yoga. Lisa

    Help, discouraged...getting bigger but feel I'm doing things right

    I had a similar reaction when I did the Rock Bottoms workout. Our bodies are each different and respond to exercise in different ways. I'd love to do an all yoga rotation, but my body needs more than that. For me adding circuit style workouts works the best. I started exercising years ago...

    Personally, I classify anything that combines cardio and lighter weights as circuit style. So yes, I consider Athletic Training, Afterburn, TTM & CF to all be circuit style workouts as well as XTrain Supercuts. Some older ones that come to mind are Cardio & Weights, scrambled premix from BM2...

    Personally I found Cardio Leg Blast to be more difficult than LBB. I like them both, but lean toward CLB as it's closer to the plyo work from STS which I love! I can't wait for the new lower body workouts that Cathe has in the works. Lisa

    Ride vs CycleMax

    I enjoy and use them both! I know many prefer Ride. Since you are new, CycleMax is more instructional. The shortest premix in CycleMax is around 40 minutes. Ride has 4 shorter premixes, each around 30 minutes. Happy spinning...hope you love your bike! Lisa
