Rotation

Hi...Which rotation have you had the most success with? I really want to try one and stick with it. My goal is to lose some weight, and really firm and tone, especially my lower body. Summer is almost here! :)
 
Do you have a fairly complete Cathe library? How much time do you have per day & how many days per week do you normally work out? I didn't lose much weight, but leaned out when I did the November 2011 LIS rotation.

I recently added my own to the workout manager. It is 12 weeks titled: STS/LIS/XTRAIN/TTM/CROSSFIRE rotation. I'm mid-way through week 4, am down a few pounds and starting to tone up nicely.

The LIS rotation worked wonders for my lower body. I've seen many ladies post the same, so I know I'm not alone.

There was also a rotation that came out that included TTM and CrossFire when those DVDs came out, and I got very good results with that too. It leaned me out a little more.

I have not done a ton of rotations, but those two were excellent for my lower body.

I've also done STS and had great results doing that.
