Horizontal Conditioning/BH Inside Out Rotation

I want to dust off some of my non-Cathe DVDs, so decided to put a 6 week HC/Bob Harper rotation. I have HC 2, 4 and Boot Camp, plus BH's Inside Out DVDs.

I'd like to tone up/lean out my lower body. For anyone familiar with these programs, I'd love your feedback on what type of results I should expect or if there are changes you'd suggest. Thanks in advance for any input.

I've always thought kettlebells and HoCo would go beautifully together, actually. The two styles of training really compliment each other. I can never bring myself to stray from Cathe for any length of time, though, so I haven't been able to implement this type of rotation myself! :eek: The rotation looks great, but I'd be cautious about doing HC Bootcamp twice a week during those last few weeks you listed. That workout is pretty intense and I would have a tough time doing it more than once a week. If you can handle it, though, kudos! :D
 
Thanks for the input Colleen. I too have a hard time straying from Cathe, but I get pulled into the excitement from reading what other forum member write, then I buy...darn enablers :p.

As a matter of fact I've had some of the HC workouts for over a year, but just haven't done them yet. This rotation is forcing me to do so. Relying on your advice, I'm thinking that in weeks 3-6, I'll do #4 and BC each once a week rather then double up on BC the last 2 weeks.
