    Can anyone do the Imax's all the way through without stopping?

    I can do all of them all the way through. It took some time but after doing them at least once a week I finally made it. I still struggle, especially with IMAX 3 (did it today) but i just stay focus and push myself as hard as possible, Also it's ok to modify if necessary. you will get there.

    Repeat of Disc 5 today. Not much to report. Completed the workout according to work card. Just one question, why does Cathe wait until the very end to do drop sets. Followed the workout with a 5 mile interval run.

    What is ONE rep for these?

    Rowing 7 times and then standing is 1 rep. Barbell curl 21 - you do 7 starting from the bottom half way up, then you do 7 starting from the top and go half way down and then the final 7 you do the full length. So there is 7 reps per move. Hope this helps.

    What was I thinking - Kick Max before a leg day. I know my lower body needs the work, but those leg conditioning drills had me making all kinds of face. But hey I am not complaining.

    STS One Body Part a day

    Mary I started one and did it for about 2 weeks and then I got side track and wasn't able to complete it, but I really like it for the 2 weeks. I did cardio in the am and the weight training in the pm for the first week and then switch.

    Recovery week

    Buffy, all the things you mentioned are fine..just don't lift any weights. I worked out every other day doing cardio, pilates and abs.

    I think that entirely up to you. You can take the 1 week recovery and start over or go to another rotation and then start STS again.

    R2 Week 2 DISC 1 - 3 AGAIN

    Disc 2 - B&T Great workout this morning. I really enjoyed it even the triceps pushups straddling the step felt good. (Did I just say that). Foscusing on the muscle really helps to feel the weight that you are lifting.

    New to Cathe and Starting STS on Monday 10 August 2009

    I am not a morning person either, so I alternate my days. STS in the am On MWF and cardio in the pm on TH and am on Sat. Post to the forum daily to keep you accountable the get support and once you see the changes in your body, that will keep you moving forward. Stay focus and do your best.

    Disc 2 You know that you have worked hard in Disc 1 when you feel the warm up. Completed disc 2 this morning and I was able to do all my reps according to my workout and I wore my weighted gloves with 1 lb in each gloves, still can't get away from the "P" word. My new Cathe mat really helps...

    ROUND 2 STS 6 MON ROTATION

    I started STS again yesterday doing the six mth rotation. After the RT and it being a Monday, I don't want to hear the word pushup any time soon. OMG, I forget how many there are. Hopefully, the next time around I will be able to do them all on my toes.
