    oops, I meant may rotation

    I enjoyed the stretching. I found myself looking very forward to the long stretch after my workout. Fitness-wise I maintained; I believe I'm more flexible, though my muscles don't stretch much, if any, further. I feel it more in my joints. It feels good.

    Portion Size question

    How do you measure a cup of lettuce? I've read that a portion of raw veggies is 1 cup. Regarding lettuce, in particular, 1 cup could mean 3 leaves! Would the correct measurement be a cup of cut-up, tightly packed lettuce, or loosely packed? Thanks everyone.
