Yesterday I did STS Total Body for the first time. I did the 60 minute premix. I have lots of DOMS and today is my rest day. :o Definitely going to grow with that workout.
Tomorrow I think I'll do Drill Max in its entirety early in the morning before I start my cooking.
Thanks for putting the workout card out there Cathe! I'm going to print this out next time I do this workout so I can keep up with my progress. I did this workout for the first time today and loved it. Definitely a workout I can grow with.
Thanks Amy! I'm new to Cathe's step choreography and I think these two workouts will help me get there! I've also just recently got High Reps, STS Total Body, and Lower Body Blast. I was too chicken to order Intensity. I'm scared of that one, lol.:o
I tried Lo Max for the first time a couple of days ago for the first time from FIT TV and wow it was something!! I definitely want to try it again. I was looking at Body Max 2 as well last night and was curious about that one as well.
I just tried this workout for the first time. I'm still shaking!! It looks easy but its tough!! I was cautious and went lower in my weights but those tricep exercises still got me and I had to pause, lol.:o The music was excellent.

I would love this as well. I got some kettlebells for my birthday earlier this year and would love to incorporate a kettlebell workout once per week Cathe style! :o

Yesterday I tried Drill Max Timesaver for the first time and it was awesome! Today I did the last of another program I was wrapping up and next week I'm going to be doing Drill Max and Muscle Max hybrid program for the next several weeks.
