    4 Day Rotations????

    I have to shorten my workout weeks to 4 days - any really good cathe rotations? I'm looking for 60-70 minute workouts that focus on muscle strength. Maybe 1 1/2 days of cardio. I'm not concerned with fat loss or burning calories really, more on maintaining my endurance and muscle strength...

    Workout space - creaky boards!

    Yikes - I thought I was going to end up in the garage this morning when I was doing IMAX2! Anyone else have creaky boards in their upper-level workout space? I think I have to relocate my cardio workouts to the downstairs den... :-(
